Steven Sidhu

Coach/Founder

Along with being the founder of Underdog Strength and Conditioning, Steven is a CSCS and FRC certified strength and mobility coach. His education prior to picking up the barbell was mainly centered around neurobiology with applications to cognitive science but today, he is focused on both restoring and increasing the performance of his clients whether they busy working professionals, senior citizens, or anything in between.
 
His ever-evolving coaching style largely incorporates principles from Functional Range Systems with certifications in both Functional Range Assessment (FRA) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Armed with his knowledge and experience, it is his mission to help you learn how to strengthen and improve the capacity of your body through a joint-specific coaching lens. With his curated approach, the nagging aches and pains you may have accumulated over the years or the debilitating injury you may have suffered that prevents you from doing what you love will be addressed in tandem with getting you the body you have always wanted.
